One of the 7 Ryukyu Ryokyus built by Amami Kiyo, also known as “Amatsu ヅ Gusuku”. It is reported that Honmarumon leads to Niraikanai.

One of the Seven Ryukyus, built by Ryukyu Sosei God Amamikiyo. According to the Ryukyu country origin, the god name is "Agar Ibetsuleru Ibe". It is said that the king of Ryukyu once worshiped in the castle.

It is said that there is a heavenly candy fairy tale, especially during the drought that the king performed a rain ritual.

The castle consisted of a main guo, a ni guo, and a three guo, but now only a part of the root stone remains.

Because it is on a hill overlooking Kudakajima and the central southern part of the main island, the way up to the castle gate is quite steep.

Honmarumon, which is made by hollowing out the bedrock, opens its mouth to Arai (east-northeast) and is said to lead to Niraikanai (an ideal town far away from the sea, which is passed down in Ryukyu).

On the days of the winter solstice and summer solstice, the sunlight is straight and breathtakingly fantastic.
